I was thinking about the events over these last several months and how much has changed for all of us. This image represents just a snippet of what has become the norm. Words, images, actions that we never used or knew before are now quite common.
I wonder to myself, what's next for us? What other "new" ways of living will we have to put into practice. What will the fall and winter bring along? Maybe it will be a continuation of what we've already adapted to during the spring and summer.
I know for so many these last several months have been devastating and heartbreaking. Never before have so many been impacted across the world. Isolation, deaths, quarantine, furlough, social distance, symptoms, loss, and so on goes the list of our 2020 experiences.
As a result of all this, there are so many now dealing with fear, anxiety, depression, loneliness, anger, panic attacks, sadness, and worry. We could easily say, don't worry, don't be afraid, nothing to get angry about and minimize these feelings. For those who are facing each day filled with these, we cannot brush past and pretend these emotions do not exist.
So many don't know what to do or where to turn. They are crying out inside for help. I want to let you know if you are dealing with these feelings and emotions there is hope and healing for you.
