FAQs
What is the difference between coaching and counseling?
According to the International Coach Federation coaching is defined as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
Most counselors are trained to diagnose and help clients with emotional problems, dysfunction or the past.
The coach is future-oriented – taking you from your current state to your future goals, desires, dreams, and visions.

What can I expect from you as my coach?
It is my responsibility to
align with what you want to achieve
encourage you to discover even more about yourself than you know right now
listen to what you want to achieve and help move you to the solutions and strategies that will get you there
motivate, challenge and guide you throughout the process
hold you responsible and accountable so true change and transformation will happen.
What expectations are there of me?
As you begin the coaching process, you should be prepared to dig in to uncover the potentially hidden dreams and desires that lay untapped so you are able to build your goals and take steps to achieve them.
You should come to each session ready and willing to be encouraged, to discover more about yourself, to challenge yourself, to focus and take specific actions that will help you move forward in your career and in your life!
